We don’t have the best news for those waiting to order the 2022 Maverick. Things have gotten a bit tricky, causing longer delays. You may have to wait instead, but you’re not entirely out of luck.
Ford Maverick 2022 orders cannot be fulfilled
There’s a big problem with 2022 orders. If your model hasn’t been built yet, it’s because Ford can’t build it. According to, Ford is overwhelmed. Supply chain and demand issues were much greater than expected.
It is not entirely clear. Some sources suggest that you may wait at least 143 days, but other rumors claim that people will wait more than a year.
You may wait longer to get a Ford Maverick Hybrid because Dan is higher and supplies are limited. But deliveries are expected to start in the fall of 2022. We’re not sure if the orders that got the 2022 orders are getting priority.
If you want a defector, hurry up. The sooner you complete your application, the better. Your application must be no later than October 31. However, online order banks have already closed. Therefore, you will need to make your reservation at an agency.
You can fill out a file. Then your Ford dealer will contact you regarding your request. It’s unclear if they’ll add markup to their MSRP, but you can expect huge destination fees.

Pricing starts at $22195. The destination fee is $1,495. The high-spec Maverick Lariat raises the price to $27995. It’s unique to have a truck available with every part for less than $30,000.
