The 2023 Jeep Gladiator Is the Worst Pickup Truck on Consumer Reports, Again
Really annoying Consumer Reports out. It is consistently rated dead in its class. It landed in last place for the pickups for another year. What’s wrong with the Jeep Gladiator? Why can’t Jeep make something convenient that Consumer Report loves? Let’s see if we can find out.
Is the 2023 Jeep Gladiator a good truck?
According to, it is not. Although, as a general rule, if you add a truck bed to an already solid SUV, you’re not likely to get a nicer car.
make up some land. There aren’t many pickups that I’d rather ride off-road than a Gladiator. Assuming nothing breaks down, riding trail and rocks are what jeeps do best.
All Gladiator rims will be tough for off-road, but if you’re serious about shredding trails, top-tier Rubicon rims come with stronger tires, improved suspension, and a stronger rear differential.
Not that the removable roof and doors make it better for off-road driving, but that feature makes the Gladiator unique in its field.
Should you buy the 2023 Jeep Gladiator even though it’s the worst pickup truck in Consumer Reports?
Nobody ever bought a Wrangler because it was the most sensible car to buy. In fact, most Jeep owners do this despite the lack of sensitivity. I don’t see any reason for practicality and reason to deter anyone from buying, either.
