Although Chevrolet Trailblazer is the cheapest compact SUV, it lists the best value compact SUV. That’s despite costing nearly $4,000 more than the Chevrolet Trailblazer.

The Kia Sportage is simply a better car in almost every way than the Trailblazer. The Trailblazer’s three-cylinder engine is underpowered and anemic with an uncomfortable ride. The Kia Sportage, which has been fully engineered for 2023, features a 187-horsepower four-cylinder engine that performs better and gets nearly identical fuel economy.

The Sportage also comes standard with a larger 8-inch touchscreen with an even larger 12.3-inch touchscreen available. All in all, the Kia Sportage is simply a much better vehicle than the Chevrolet Trailblazer and a much better overall value, even with the higher MSRP.
