If you want to get behind the wheel of the new Ford Ranger, you may have to wait a few more months. Sure, you can have the 2023 model, but it’s the same generation that’s been available globally since 2011. However, an updated 2024 Ford Ranger is finally on the way.

The waiting time for the 2024 Ford Ranger could be a few months. The 2023 Ranger is expected to remain in production through April 2023. The Michigan plant will then begin assembly of the 2024 models in May.
It does not say if the plant requires any building to make the switch. We also hope that things will not be delayed.
Semiconductor chip shortages and other supply chain disruptions have prolonged waiting times for popular models like the Ford Bronco and Ford F-150.
Usually when someone orders a new car, it takes six to eight weeks to go through the manufacturing process. But delays have stretched the process for months. There are reports of a three-month waiting period for the 2023 form.
Perhaps order banks will open in the winter after Ranger 2024 debuts. A few models were spotted during testing, so that’s a good sign. We can get new updates any day now.

Elsewhere, the Ford Ranger Raptor has a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 rated at 392 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. Hopefully this engine will meet the highest emissions standards in the US because it will be exciting.
America probably won’t get a new turbo-diesel option. Also, rumors suggest that we could see a new hybrid setup or even a PHEV model.
And yes, we mentioned the 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor. It can have a suspension lift, 33-inch all-terrain tires, new off-road ride modes, skid plates, and 2.5-inch adaptive Fox shocks.
Is Ranger 2024 worth the wait?
Yes, the 2024 Ford Ranger will offer significant updates and possibly more power. Even if it keeps the current 2.3-liter engine, it can have an improved ride quality that’s much smoother. The interior could be a lot quieter, too.
Also, it will have a modern look similar to the smaller Ford Maverick and the larger Ford F-150. The new 2024 F-150 updates haven’t been revealed yet. The Ranger Raptor may have a black livery to match the F-150 Raptor and Bronco Raptor as well.
In addition, the new Ranger will have an updated interior design to improve comfort and quality. A variety of technology updates will improve the overall driving experience as well. But the new guard may cost more. It’s never too late to save with the current generation.
