The Large and in Charge Mazda CX-90 Will Be Here Soon

Get ready for the CX-90 to finally take the stage. This new SUV is literally a big deal because it’s the largest Mazda SUV ever made. The Kia Telluride is about to face new competition from the three-row.

When will the 2024 Mazda CX-90 come out?

The 2024 will debut on January 31, 2023. That means there are only about two weeks left before you lay eyes on Mazda’s most ambitious vehicle yet. The latest teaser shows a ready-to-build CX-90 model.

they haven’t been released, but we have some clues to speculate about. The European Mazda CX-60 has a 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor to deliver 323PS and 369Nm of torque.

It’s possible the CX-90 could have more horsepower to account for its larger size and extra weight. The electric motor could also be paired with the new turbocharged straight-six engine Mazda keeps teasing us with.

That could provide a crucial edge against rivals like Kia Telluride. The Telluride has a standard 3.8-liter V6 engine with 291 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque. It also doesn’t have a hybrid option.

The CX-90 PHEV is expected to deliver an all-electric driving range, but we’re waiting to hear how much. The Jeep Wrangler 4xe has an electric range of 22 miles on a single charge, but we want the CX-90 to go a little further.

According to Mazda shared that the CX-90 retains the responsiveness, performance and driving dynamics that define Mazda vehicles.

The all-new e-Skyactiv powertrain is specifically tuned for the North American market to give customers the best of both worlds in terms of power and efficiency.

Will the CX-90 have a nice interior?

Rumors suggest it will continue the tradition of providing near-luxury interiors at an affordable price. A few teasers have provided a glimpse of the premium leather upholstery and soft-touch upholstered materials.

It’s possible the technology could be similar to existing models, with an infotainment display emerging from the top of the dashboard. However, let’s hope the CX-90 has a touchscreen instead of a knob controller.

Expect a huge panoramic sunroof, heated/ventilated seats, heated steering wheel, head-up display, standard all-wheel drive, power liftgate, USB ports in every row, and advanced safety features.

We are so close to seeing the CX-90 on stage! Stay tuned for the latest updates. The clock is ticking.
