Experts Disagree on the Best 2023 Infiniti QX60 Trim

The 2023 QX60 is one of the most underrated vehicles in the world. It’s a safe and reliable luxury that’s easily on par with competitors’ prices. For most people, the QX60 is forgotten behind other more popular models. However, deciding which version of the midsize luxury SUV is the best option can be tough. In fact, experts disagree on the best trim. Pure, luxurious, sensory or autograph?

According to , the most popular 2023 Infiniti QX60 trim is the Sensory model. Starting two slots above the base model Pure, it’s a very well-equipped finish that’s a bit more expensive. Like the more popular QX60, it’s clear that consumers think it’s the best version of the vehicle. However, not all experts believe customers are buying the best version of the Infiniti SUV. Two prominent experts disagree with each other on the best 2023 Infiniti QX60 trim.

Model QX60 Luxe. He says the extra features make it more valuable than Pure trim, and it has more value than higher-end trims due to its starting price. The Luxe model starts at $56,275, which is about $6,000 more than the base model Pure. However, for that price, the Luxe trim is incredibly well equipped.

Not only does every QX60 use a 295-horsepower 3.5-liter V6, but front-wheel drive is standard on every trim, with AWD available. Desirable upgrades the Luxe model receives include front parking sensors, a 360-degree camera system, a 12.3-inch digital driver display, ventilated front seats, a power-adjustable steering wheel, and a navigation system.

It also gets into the lineup for this price point. It includes adaptive cruise control, a lane keeping system, lane departure mitigation, traffic sign recognition, driver attention alert and blind spot intervention.

Next, another expert, , disagrees with Edmunds on the best trim for the 2023 Infiniti QX60. C/D suggests buying the Sensory model, which is just one above Edmunds’ recommended Luxe trim. Like the Luxe trim, the Sensory model offers many standard features for the money. Starting at $59,795, it’s also the latest trim in the lineup to cost under $60,000.

“It comes standard with premium features like massaging front seats, heated second row seats, air purifier, wireless charging for smartphones, motion-activated power liftgate and 17-speaker Bose stereo system. Front-wheel drive is standard and will probably be fine for most buyers, but all-wheel drive is a $2,000 option,” said C/D of the Sensory trim.

It might not be first on your priority list, but who doesn’t want a back rub in their SUV while driving? Features like these set the luxury brand apart from its rivals, even those that cost significantly more.

The best trim Infiniti QX60 of 2023

In conclusion, we find it hard to disagree with both experts’ opinion. Our only conclusion is that the fully loaded Autograph and base-model Pure aren’t the best choices. One is too expensive without providing sufficient value, while the other falls short of its closely priced successors. Luxe and Sensory trims add enough equipment to achieve true 2023 “luxury SUV” status without getting outrageously expensive.
