5 of Our Favorite Features on the 2022 Nissan Rogue Platinum

The 2022 Rogue has a lot to offer a compact SUV. We’ve got the top-trim platinum model for a week, and it’s impressive so far. The interior is well-made and comfortable, plentiful, and the Rogue looks good overall. However, while there’s a lot to like about Rogue, we’ve found five of our favorites that we’ll highlight below.

1. Superb Bose premium sound system

Being music lovers, we have a weakness for good sound systems. Fortunately, the 2022 Rogue Platinum comes with a premium audio system from Bose. The system looks crisp and clear at all driving speeds, and we were impressed with its overall quality. Previously, you could only find this type of audio system in a luxury luxury car.

which replaced the previous 2.5-liter engine. It generates 201 horsepower and 225 pound-feet of torque, which is 11% and 24% more than the 2021 model, respectively. These new numbers also make the Rogue the most powerful in its class.

3. ProPilot Assistant works well

You can see the ProPilot assist system in the dashboard.

Almost every car on the market comes with a list of driver assistance features. It includes features such as adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, forward collision warning and lane departure alert. All of these systems essentially control the vehicle’s steering, brakes, and accelerator pedal to keep the vehicle running straight and in the lane with driver assistance.

It’s called the Nissan version of these systems, and we have to admit it works really well. We tried using it in choppy traffic and highways, and the system slowed down, stalled, and accelerated the car gradually and easily. It was a breath of fresh air, considering some systems can be hesitant or jerky.

4. Divide-N-Hide charging system is easy to use

The cargo area of the 2022 Nissan Rogue Platinum is configurable.

Nissan got a little smarter with the Rogue’s storage capacity. Instead of the regular cargo area, Platinum models come with a Divide-N-Hide feature that allows up to six different cargo-carrying configurations. You can even create secret and hidden storage spaces.

5. Seat memory system makes installation in Nissan Rogue a breeze

The front seats and side mirrors have two memory settings.

We will admit that this feature is not new. But the Nissan Rogue Platinum has memory seats that can adjust the seats and side mirrors for different drivers. We know it’s a simple feature that’s been around forever, but we love that Rogue remembers us. It is endearing.

Favorite Nissan Rogue features for 2022
