However, if you need more evidence, the 2023 Honda Civic won the Edmunds Award for Top Car Ranking. This marks the second consecutive year that a Honda model has won the award.

Honda says the 2023 Civic follows the path of the 2022 model, which won last year’s top-rated Edmonds Award. This means that the Civic has officially started its winning streak with two straight victories. Moreover, Honda cars have won four of the past five years between the Civic and Accord.

What’s more, the 2023 model will arrive just in time for the Civic’s 50th anniversary and the 30th anniversary of the Civic. However, the 2023 model also owes its life-changing lease for 2022, which got a complete redesign. TrueCar says Honda has completely redesigned the car inside and out, bringing only engine options from the previous model year.

The new 2023 Honda Civic Sport starts at $26,145. Further down the trim line, the EX, EX-L, and Si start at around $26,050, $27,250, and $28,100, respectively. Pricing for the range-topping Touring starts at around $29,650.
