And since range is a driving force in electric vehicle adoption, the upcoming Giulia may give Alfa Romeo the lift it’s been looking for.
Embrato agrees, saying, “I don’t want you to suffer the inconvenience of switching to an EV. The question for me is not whether to switch to an EV, but to get the right handling and agility.”

If the upcoming Giulia EV lives up to all of these stated claims, this could be just what the brand needs to stay afloat in the US market. However, it still has to overcome years of convincing current luxury buyers to take a chance. With Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and BMW producing high-quality EV experiences, Alfa still has to work overtime to rebuild its reputation.
