There are approximately two job vacancies for every unemployed person in the United States.

However, globally, the talent shortage is at a 16-year high, with 75% of employers struggling to find candidates with the right mix of technical and soft skills.

One way to stay competitive is to focus on the most in-demand skills, which will help companies ensure they have the talent they need, and that workers can keep their skills fresh.

So, let’s dive into LinkedIn’s roundup of the top 10 most in-demand skills for 2023.
