Ford Issues 2023 Bronco ‘Do Not Deliver-Do Not Drive’ Order

Ford has just issued a “Stop Delivery” to dealerships and a “Stop Driving” to owners of certain SUVs. The order is for the 2023 Bronco Wildtrak and 2022 Bronco Raptor models only. At issue are the steering gears that can lock up. According to Ford, most are still sitting at dealerships.

This recall involves only 343 Broncos, so that number is pretty low. But the security issues are high. The automaker is already reaching out to dealers and owners to resolve the issue. Ford will replace the steering gears under warranty so there is no cost to the owners.
