This Volvo SUV Feature Is Going to Be Expensive to Fix

The EX90 2024 is coming. And as an electric SUV, it will offer luxury, design and practicality. But one feature, in particular, could lead to some pretty expensive repairs. And that’s something Volvo calls the “Thor’s Hammer” headlights. While these lighthouses are extremely interesting, they are also complicated. So if you get into a frontal damage crash, replacing your lights won’t be as easy as going to the AutoZone.

This SUV will be launched with a dual-motor powertrain. And that means there will be power to all four wheels. Knowing Volvo, there will probably be some kind of performance variant. Enabling people to get an electric vehicle that offers more horsepower.

When will the 2024 Volvo EX90 go on sale?

Earlier this year, Volvo revealed a pre-production model of the EX90. So, it’s not quite ready for production yet. But automotive journalist Doug DeMuro got a glimpse of the reveal in his video below.
