2 of the Best 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Features

At the very least, the capacity of medium-sized companies has been increasing over the years. This is especially true when you look at the off-road capability and new finishes intended for 4×4 use. This is one such pickup. The Colorado is finally entering its third generation, and the ZR2 is back. And this time, he applied legitimately.

What does the ZR2 mean on Chevrolet?

In 2017, Colorado introduced the ZR2. It’s meant to be an off-road truck that’s ready for just about anything the average driver will throw at it. Think of it as a competitor to something like the Pro.

It lacked some of the comfort and technology you’d expect from a car at this price point.

For 2023, the Chevy Colorado is all-new. It appears that several kinks in the ZR2’s trim have been resolved.

In addition, you get 10.7 inches of ground clearance, 33-inch tires, and a lockable differential. Another feature is the multi-spool valve dampers to provide comfort when dealing with rough terrain.

This 4×4 truck is also livable

Well, I’m not going to beat around the bush. Most people who buy a truck for around $50,000 may not be off-roading every weekend. Extreme off-roaders often buy cheaper cars and make the adjustments themselves. For this reason, it’s important for the ZR2 to feel comfortable when it’s on the pavement.

That’s not all; Chevy Colorado ZR2 can display various information that you may need when you are off road. This information includes tire pressure, pitch and roll, and transfer case status. Up to 10 different camera views can be added for an additional fee.

The Colorado ZR2 isn’t cheap

When it comes to cost, all of these capabilities don’t come cheap. According to the 2023 Colorado ZR2, the MSRP is approximately $50,000. By comparison, the Work Spec model starts at just over $30,000.
